Captain Steve Dennis will show you just how exciting it is to fish for salmon on Lake Michigan can be. With over 30 years of Great Lakes fishing experience your assured of the best possible fishing trip. Our boat, The Fishbone, is fully loaded with the most up to date tackle and electronics. Teaching or learn to fish charters are also available. We also have openings for the Ludington fishing tournaments. We provide ALL tackle and will properly clean your catch upon returning to the dock.
King or Chinook Salmon is as the name says the king of all freshwater fish. These brutes can weigh up to 40 lbs. Thirty minutes of arm wrenching battles are the norm when the big mature kings come in.
Coho Salmon are a smaller version of the king are known for their wild and crazy antics after they are hooked. They also make for great eating.
Steelhead are like silver bullets exploding out of the water at the first feel of the hook. Ludington has long been known for its outstanding offshore steelhead fishing. Steelhead up to 20 lbs. are caught in our waters daily.
Lake Trout are a part of our daily catch and may reach up to 20 lbs. When they are hooked, they fight like a bulldog as they try to reach the bottom.
Brown Trout are mainly a spring fish, but under the right water conditions may be part of your catch.
